May your evening be a success wether you celebrate or not... On our side we will have a sit & enjoy the peace of the moment, sharing a glass of something, indulging with good food & whatch the fireworks from our balcony... maybe with a few friends? Maybe with a bit of dancing?

May you remember everything you went to the grocery store to get... while you're still at the store, not on the way home! Here we've got a pralin glacé in the freeze settling down, the foie gras is waiting for us, & the rest needs to be done... don't know yet how we'll prepare the salmon & St Jacques?
