&lt;p&gt;Wohhooo am happy to be back here!&lt;br /&gt;So let me sum up those last days... &lt;em&gt;pas dans l&apos;ordre&lt;/em&gt; though...&lt;br /&gt;I am spending the evening by myself - as I like it sometime, with a glass of red, loads of reading, an easy movie to watch, a bread pudding just out of the oven... B. is mixing @ Bali Copy.&lt;br /&gt;I was terribly sick last week - like I&apos;ve not been in a very long time- something like food poisoning, or a stomach bug...&lt;br /&gt;Oh we finally had this party under our dome... wot an experience! I went to bed @ 4.30 - the last time I did that, I was a student, or nursing!- though there was still some mixing &amp;amp; dancing going on until 6am! Well guys, that was our last one, we have to admit... getting old I guess... I don&apos;t fancy crowds @ my place - don&apos;t get me wrong, I fancy having friends, but not crowds who don&apos;t even know my name &amp;amp; eat all my food!-...&lt;br /&gt;But B. was happy, he had friends, music, great musicians,... so happy happy!&lt;br /&gt;And a lot more happening inside Beka... &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingr&#xe9;dients&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour la base:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 180-200 gr de biscuits &lt;em&gt;digestive&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 75 gr de beurre sal&#xe9;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour le cheesecake:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 250 gr de &lt;em&gt;Philadelphia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 50 gr de fromage frais&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr de chocolat blanc + 1 c.&#xe0; s. de cr&#xe8;me )&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sachet de sucre vanill&#xe9;&lt;br /&gt;- 30 gr de cassonade (selon le go&#xfb;t)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 oeufs&lt;br /&gt;- 2 c. &#xe0; s de cr&#xe8;me fra&#xee;che&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour le nappage:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 2 c.&#xe0; c. de ma&#xef;zena&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tasse d&apos;eau&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tasse de cassonade&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2-1 jus de citron (selon citron &amp;amp; go&#xfb;t)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tasse de myrtilles surgel&#xe9;es&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tasse de fraises fra&#xee;ches &amp;amp; coup&#xe9;es en quartier.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Etapes&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour la base:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Mixer les biscuits &amp;amp; le beurre&lt;br /&gt;- Etaler la pr&#xe9;paration au fond d&apos;un moule &#xe0; manquer beurr&#xe9; &amp;amp; r&#xe9;server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour le cheesecake:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Pr&#xe9;chauffer le four &#xe0; 175C.&lt;br /&gt;- Faire fondre le chocolat &amp;amp; la cr&#xe8;me (ici dans un appareil &#xe0; fondue)&lt;br /&gt;- Pendant ce temps, battre les fromages avec le sucre. &lt;br /&gt;- Puis rajouter les oeufs, un par un, en continuant de battre.&lt;br /&gt;- Puis le chocolat fondu.&lt;br /&gt;- Enfin rajouter la cr&#xe8;me et battre encore.&lt;br /&gt;- Verser l&apos;appareil dans le moule sur la couche de biscuit, &amp;amp; enfourner au bain marie (sur une plaque avec de l&apos;eau chaude) pendant 30 min.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour le nappage:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Mixer grossi&#xe8;rement les myrtilles&lt;br /&gt;- Dans une casserole faire chauffer l&apos;eau &amp;amp; y d&#xe9;layer la ma&#xef;zena. &lt;p&gt;Two weeks ago {or already more?}we had a really nice Sunday&apos;lunch @ our place with my inlaws. &lt;em&gt;Au menu&lt;/em&gt;: a kind of yummy &lt;em&gt;choucroute&lt;/em&gt; made by my mom in law, followed by a &lt;em&gt;pavlova aux fruits des bois&lt;/em&gt; made by myself. This dessert is so quick &amp;amp; easy to make... &amp;amp; so delicious in mouth!&lt;br /&gt;Altogether we had a lovely time. The end-of-winter light perfused so sweetly on this afternoon &amp;amp; its talks.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So here&apos;s a simple recipe for you:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pavlova&lt;/strong&gt; {6 pax}&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingr&#xe9;dients&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 6 blancs d&apos;oeufs {&#xe0; temp&#xe9;rature ambiante}&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pinc&#xe9;e de sel&lt;br /&gt;- 300 gr de sucre roux {mix&#xe9; en poudre}&lt;br /&gt;- 1 c.&#xe0; s de vinaigre balsamique&lt;br /&gt;- 1 c. &#xe0; s d&apos;essence de vanille&lt;br /&gt;- 250 ml de cr&#xe8;me {tr&#xe8;s froide}&lt;br /&gt;- fruits des bois surgel&#xe9;s + fraises fra&#xee;ches {coup&#xe9;es en quartiers}&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Etapes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour la meringue&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;- Etaler une feuille de papier sulfuris&#xe9; huil&#xe9; sur une plaque de cuisson. Pr&#xe9;chauffer le four &#xe0; 180C {chaleur tournante}.&lt;br /&gt;- Fouetter les blances d&apos;oeufs avec la pinc&#xe9;e de sel jusqu&apos;&#xe0; obtention d&apos;un aspect mousseux.&lt;br /&gt;- Tout en continuant de fouetter, verser le sucre, une cuiller par une cuiller, jusqu&apos;&#xe0; ce que les blancs montent en neige et forment des pics avec le fouet.&lt;br /&gt;- Enfin verser le balsamique &amp;amp; l&apos;essence et fouetter un tr&#xe8;s bref moment afin de bien incorporer.&lt;br /&gt;- Etaler la meringue sur la plaque, en rond grossier d&apos;un diam&#xe8;tre de 20 cm environ et enfourner. &lt;br /&gt;- Baisser la temp&#xe9;rature imm&#xe9;diatement a 150C et laisser cuire une heure environ. Ou jusqu&apos;&#xe0; ce qu&apos;elle ait pris une belle couleur dor&#xe9;e &amp;amp; soit croustillante autour, mais encore un peu &lt;em&gt;chewy&lt;/em&gt; au centre. Laisser refroidir dans le four avec la porte entrouverte.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour l&apos;assemblage&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Fouetter la cr&#xe8;me {qui doit &#xea;tre tr&#xe8;s fra&#xee;che} jusqu&apos;&#xe0; ce qu&apos;elle devienne ferme.&lt;br /&gt;- L&apos;&#xe9;taler rustiquement sur la meringue retourn&#xe9;e sur un beau plat.&lt;br /&gt;- Et puis d&#xe9;corer des fruits sur le dessus.&lt;/p&gt;
